Adding additional parts to a measurement

You can add Inventory items, Non-inventory items, Services, Bundles and One-off items as additional parts inside a measurement.

GP Quickbooks v7.39.0 - Adding addl parts to measurement

📝 Please note:

  • The additional parts & labour that you've included in your measurements will be sent through as individual line items in your Intuit QuickBooks quote, and not as a Bundle.

  • One-off items are not going to be added into your QuickBook's Products & Services list. Instead, they will be listed as a Service type of item when pushed to a quote in Intuit QuickBooks.

GP QuickBooks - One-Off Items

  • The "type" of the item selected when adding an additional part will be the same in Intuit QuickBooks (e.g., a Service will go through as a Service).

  • Bundles, Services, Inventory items or Non-inventory items associated with multiple measurements within the same stage will group as one line item/s with a total from all measurements when being pushed to Intuit QuickBooks.

Adding additional labour to a measurement

You can add multiple labour lines into a single measurement.

Please also note that Labour will go across to your Intuit QuickBooks quote as a Service type of line item.
