How to find your Intuit QuickBooks Items and Bundles in Groundplan?
Once the Intuit QuickBooks connection is complete, you can now use Inventory items, non-inventory items and Bundles to count or measure on your plans.
- Open a project
- Click on the Plans tab
- Click to open a plan
- Add a stage
- Click to add a new Measurement
Once you have selected a measurement type you will need to choose whether you are counting/measuring a One-off item, Intuit QuickBooks Item or Bundle
- Once-Off Item: This is a great option if you don't have the items in your Intuit QuickBooks items or bundles that you wish to count/measure.
- Intuit QuickBooks Items: This is where you can choose from your Inventory and non-inventory Intuit QuickBooks items.
- Intuit QuickBooks Bundles: This is where you can choose from your Bundles in Intuit QuickBooks.
Intuit QuickBooks Item
- Click onto the Item tab
- Select the Category (Optional)
- Enter at least 3 characters of the item name
- Click the correct item from the list shown
- Select from the Style options for this measurement
- Click the Create button
- Now simply start counting or measuring on your plan.
Intuit QuickBooksBundles
- Click onto the Bundle tab
- Enter at least 3 characters of the item name
- Click the correct item from the list shown
- Select from the Style options for this measurement
- Click the Create button
- Now simply start counting or measuring on your plan.
One-off Item
- Click onto the Once-off Item tab
- Enter Part No (Optional)
- Enter a Description of the item name
- Add Unit Cost
- Adjust the Markup or Unit price
- Select from the Style options for this measurement
- Click the Create button
- Once you have created the one-off item, simply start clicking to count/measure on your plan.
One-off Items will be listed as a service when pushed to a quote in Intuit QuickBooks
