How to refresh simPRO System Information

This article will take you through how to refresh the data available in Groundplan after making updates to your simPRO data.

If you have set up an API Key, Groundplan will automatically refresh your simPRO data every 7 days.

If you add new Labour Rates, Cost Centers, Catalgoue items, Prebuilds, upgrade to Multi-company or add additonal Multi-companies that you want to bring into Groundplan immediately, you will need to refresh your simPRO Data.

If you need information on the last time your accounts were synced, the Last Synced date and time can be found on the simPRO integrations page.

Refreshing simPRO Data

1. Click the simPRO Enterprise logo on the top right of the page;
2. Click the Setup menu item;
3. On the Last Synced panel, click the blue refresh icon next to the item you would like to update;

4. Wait for refreshing blue bar to disappear from the screen.

You are now ready to count, measure and push quotes to simPRO using the updated information.
