Only Groundplan users registered as owner, admin or setup can configure the integration. This user must also be labelled as a "Full user" within Fergus.
Preparing to connect Fergus and Groundplan
Sign into Fergus
Sign into Groundplan
Initial setup
Click my account, then click setup
Click integrations
Click configure on the Fergus tile
Click connect to Fergus
The integration is now connected.

This is correct.
Only Full Users within Fergus are able to connect to Groundplan. There are two options here:
If a Full User of the Fergus account also has Groundplan access, have them connect the integration. It only needs to be completed by one person.
If they do not have access to Groundplan, ask them to log in to Fergus on your computer, then proceed with connecting the integration.
Once connected, log the person out of Fergus on your computer and log back in as yourself.
