Adding a watermark to a Plan

Insert a watermark to display ownership over a design.

A watermark can be added over the top of a Groundplan Plan Design to add ownership to the work. Sample files can be found at the bottom of this article.

Use an external editing software like Adobe Photoshop or similar to create the watermark image or use our samples.

  1. Create the preferred watermark text

  2. Save the image as a PNG file with an adjusted transparency of between 15-40%.

Adding a Watermark to a Plan

  1. Using the Image Tool to upload it the Plan

  2. Adjust the Image to cover the preferred area

  3. Click Save

Using the Image Tool means the watermark becomes the top layer of the Plan.
