Comment Tool is live for collaboration

This new tool is truly limitless! Track changes, clarify details, add site-specific information, collaborate with colleagues and other trades or even use it to track purchases. Groundplan now supports your workflow from estimation all the way through to production!

Comments can be viewed within a Project and also on the main Projects page.

Use an iPad or Tablet Device?

If you use an iPad on site, even better, you can use voice to text or scribble mode and hand write your comments. Get those comment back to the office in real-time or even capture images from site and upload them to the exact place you took it on the Plan.

ServiceM8 Integration has landed

Use Materials and Bundles to Count and Measure on your Plans then push the Quantities straight to a Job in ServiceM8.

You can even create Materials direct from Groundplan!

🎓 Groundplan Academy

We’re thrilled to introduce the Groundplan Academy! This new addition is designed to help you master the basics of Groundplan at your own pace.

Active account users can now enroll in a short course to enhance their skills and knowledge. Complete the course, and you'll receive a shareable certificate to celebrate your achievement.

To get started, head to the Help button in Groundplan, click Training Videos, and log in with your Groundplan account credentials.
