Configuring your Xero Integration for the first time

This integration works when Xero is configured to a single or to multiple company files.

Preparing to Connect Xero & Groundplan

  1. Sign in to Xero
    Being signed into Xero will help make our quick connection process even quicker.

  2. Sign in to Groundplan
    Go to my.groundplan.com to login to your Groundplan.

You must be an Administrator of your Groundplan account to set up the Xero Integration.
  1. Click the My Account button in the top menu;
  2. Click the Setup option;
  3. Click the Integrations link;
  4. Click the Configure button on the Xero tile.

Connecting to Xero

  1. Click the Connect to Xero button (A new tab will open)
    (If you have not already signed in to Xero, you will be prompted to on this page);
  2. Select an Organisation;
  3. Click the Allow access button.

You are now connected to your Xero account!

Multiple Organisations

  1. Click on the blue Add Company button;
  2. Select an Organisation;
  3. Click the Allow access button.
Please note:

The first company connected will automatically be listed as the default company, to change this, click the box next to the correct default company.

You can have a maximum of 25 company files connected to your Groundplan.
