    • If you already pushed a quote before, this field will be filled automatically;
  6. Select the Quote Status
    • This will set the Quote status in Xero;
    • You are unable to go backward in Quote Statuses from this page, and this would need to be done in Xero;
    • You can push revisions to an "Approved Quote" in Xero.
  7. If you have added additional items or lines to the quote in Xero: Untick the Remove existing item lines from Quote option. (optional);
    • This will instruct Groundplan to leave any extra Quote lines alone.
  8. Check over the changes to the quote listed (optional);
  9. Click the Update button;
  10. Click the Close button.

📝 Please Note:

If you have changed:

  • Part numbers on one-off items, additional parts or labour lines
  • Descriptions on one-off items, additional parts or labour lines
  • The measurement breakdown

You will need to tick "Remove existing item lines from Quote" as Updating the Quote without this ticked will leave the original lines in the Quote.
