Once the AroFlo integration is complete, you can now use Inventory items and Assemblies (Inventory Lists) to count or measure on your plans.
- Start a new project in Groundplan;
- Upload your Plans;
- Click to open a plan;
- Click the green + Add Stage button to create a new Stage;
- Or click the blue link from the worksheet to select an existing stage;
- Choose a measurement type;
Once you have selected a measurement type, you will need to choose whether you are counting/measuring a One-off item, an Inventory item, or a Inventory List.
- Once-Off Item: This is a great option if you don't have the item in your Inventory item or Assemblies (Inventory lists) that you wish to count/measure.
- Inventory: This is where you can choose from your AroFlo Inventory items.
- Inventory lists: This is where you can select from your AroFlo Assemblies (Inventory Lists).

If you have "Detailed pricing" turned on in your inventory items, the Unit Rate will not show in Groundplan, however, this will populate when you import your Quote into AroFlo
To see Unit Rates in Groundplan, please use Assemblies (Inventory lists)
